I have received thousands of letters of support from people all around the
world. These people are all different from each other, from their race to
religion and sex. All of these different people have read the same thing
concerning the legal information about my case, trial and conviction and each
after having read everything came to the same conclusion, that I Kevin Cooper
am an innocent man!
Not only do they acknowledge that I am indeed innocent of the murders that I
was convicted of, they also acknowledge that the state of California did frame
me, they did tamper with evidence and plant evidence in my case, as well as lie
about evidence!
Not only do people as a whole see these truths, but 19 Justices in the courts
see and acknowledge these truths as well. One (1) Justice from the three (3)
Judge panel of the Ninth circuit who first heard my appeal, nine (9) Justices
from the en banc panel who granted me a stay of execution, and all nine (9)
Justices from the United States Supreme Court who unanimously agreed not to
vacate the stay of execution which the Ninth circuit court of appeals granted
me!
All of these Justices read the same information and came to the same
conclusion, the very same conclusion that all these different people from
around this world and within this country came to. Nonetheless there are
certain people within this state who refuse to see the truth, and acknowledge
these truths.
There are the people who send me hate mail, and I guess that is their way of
getting Justice! These very few small-minded people who send me hate mail
saying things like they want me to feel the poison as it runs through my veins,
or that they can't wait until I am executed, truly don't understand that their
words only make me stronger and more determined to fight for my life, continue
to expose the truth in my case, and work to end the death penalty!
These weak psychological head games that they are trying to use on me don't
work, and they can't work or will never work because I am truly innocent of the
murders that I was wrongly convicted of! If anyone would like to read just how
this state framed me and planted evidence, and tampered with evidence in order
to convict me, and then have me executed all you have to do is read Ninth
circuit court of appeals Senior Circuit Judge James R. Browning's 32 page
