The Kevin Cooper Defense Committee (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) knows that you care how information about you is used and shared. Information We Collect

Company collects information at different points on our Website. The two main points at which we collect information are when users sign a petition powered by Company and when users sign up to receive updates or send support messages through the contact page.

User-Provided Information: You provide us information about yourself, such as your name e-mail address, and certain demographic information when you sign a petition, sign up to receive updates or send support messages. If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses.

We use the personal information you submit for the purposes of use in the campaign to save Kevin Cooper and/or for transmission with a petition signed by the Users to the various governmental officials as part of the Website campaign initiative.
